Groups of 6+ women should register together under one payment to reserve rooms starting March 7th, before registration opens to the public. Please email dsmencounter@gmail.com between March 7th - 13th if your group qualifies for this early registration.

Groups registering after the early registration window should still register together in one transaction, but rooms cannot be guaranteed all together once registration opens to the public.

Room reservation is first come, first serve.

There are 8 first-floor rooms in the lodge and 2 first-floor rooms in each of the cabins. Please email dsmencounter@gmail.com immediately following your registration if you need one of these rooms.

Roommates attending together must register together as one transaction/payment (each paying a $150 non-refundable deposit) guaranteeing a room together.

Please email dsmencounter@gmail.com immediately following your combined registration with the name and email address of your requested roommate.

Any registrations received for one ($150 non-refundable deposit) will automatically be paired with a roommate in a king room located in one of the cabins.

Encounter’s registration cost is the same whether you reserve a King or Queen room. Some differences to note: King rooms have a shared bed and are located in one of the two cabins with access to a full kitchen, seating area, patio, and hot tub. Queen rooms have separate beds and are located in the Lodge, with access to a full kitchen, seating area, outdoor swings. The conference room where sessions are held is located inside the Lodge.

Due to the nature of this event, the deposit given at the time of registration will be non-refundable.

Also, a late fee of $75 will be assessed on 7/15/26 if the balance is not paid.

If the total invoice balance (including late fee) is not paid in full by 8/3/26, the reservation will be canceled and the bed will be offered to the next person on the wait list.

Any payments made toward the balance are non-refundable.

Women of all ages, from all seasons of life and walks with the Lord, attend Encounter each year and find great value in it!

We love babies and young children, and we know you do too.

Encounter is a "child free weekend" as your opportunity to be free from some of your normal daily responsibilities. It also provides a distraction-free time for everyone to focus on the spiritual purpose of the weekend.

Transportation to and from the resort will not be included, but we encourage you to coordinate with other ladies planning to attend. A ride share spreadsheet will be sent out prior to the weekend so transportation can be coordinated among women attending from similar locations, if needed.

For reference: Cliffview Resort is about a 3-hour drive from the Dayton, OH area and is about an hour’s drive from the Lexington, KY airport.

Due to the nature of planning such an event, we are unable to refund any money or payments toward the trip. Registrations are transferrable, but any transfers will be left up to registrants to coordinate individually.
