Jehoshaphat said, “You bet. I’m with you all the way—

my troops are your troops, my horses are your horses.”

He then continued, But before you do anything, ask GOD for guidance.”

1 Ki 22:4–5 MSG

In 2018, let’s ask God.

Let’s ask God how we can join Him where He’s already at work in our day.

Let’s ask God about serving in one more area at church.

Let’s ask God to heal a relationship that’s gone south.

Let’s ask God how He would like to change us.

In 2018, let’s involve God more by asking Him more!

In 2018, let’s ask God for guidance.

Let’s ask God for guidance in our jobs.

Let’s ask God for guidance in our family.

Let’s ask God for guidance in our churches.

Let’s ask God for guidance in our finances.

In 2018, let’s involve God more by asking for guidance more.

Many ask, “Lisa, you really ask God about that?” and I confidently reply, “Yes!”

I ask because of spiritual FOMO. The Fear of Missing Out {FOMO} on what God has planned for each new day He gives me breath. Missing out is not an option for me, but will become a reality when I’m not asking God for guidance with the next step in my day.

Will you come along with me this year?

Will you ask God for guidance so that you don’t miss joining Him in His work? It’s not that He can’t move without us, but what a privilege to be used as He moves among us.

Living Deeper Still is asking God for guidance on your next step.
